Drafts & Casks

Cigar City: Jai Alai
American IPA 13oz
ABV: 7.5% (Florida)
Cigar City’s Jai Alai IPA blurs the line between a high ABV IPA with blisteringly bitter hops and an IPA exploding with mouth watering citrus flavors. Refreshing and dangerously drinkable.

2011 The Bruery: White Oak
American Wheatwine 10oz
ABV:12.5% (California)
This beer is retired.  White Oak is a hardy, blended wheatwine-style ale, grafting elements reminiscent of caramel, vanilla, coconut and warm oak with the creamy complexity of wheat. Crisp effervescence spirals around sweet bourbon barrel-aged layers, expanding into a refreshingly robust ale.

Cigar City Brewing: Florida Cracker
Belgian Style White Ale 13 oz
ABV: 5.5% (Florida)
Citrus aromas of oranges and lime leaves mingle with bubblegum and dried flowers on the nose of this hazy and refreshing Belgian-style White Ale. High carbonation and herbaceous bitterness quench the thirst while lemon-lime esters and flavors of Valencia orange add unique depth of flavor and complexity.

Free Will Brewing: Coffee Ralphius
Barrel Aged Stout 10oz
ABV: 15.6% (Perkasie, Pa)
Move over Bourbon County! What a nose,  with lots of coffee and a little of that base caramel, bourbon, oak, and vanilla. Taste has that standard Ralphius character with a prominent coffee bite coming in the middle and lingering through the finish. Mouthfeel is full bodied, rich, and chewy, a little boozy heat. Very balanced bba.

Off Color: Good Listener
Farmhouse Ale 10oz
ABV: 7% (Chicago,IL)
Beer de Cactus style ale brewed with desert blossom honey and agave with prickly pear cactus fruit and dragon fruit added

Half Acre Brewing: Tome
Hazy Pale Ale  13oz

ABV: 5.5% (Chicago, IL)
You can find an intersection somewhere between “On The Lawn ~ Smoking Gull ~ Tasty Waves ~ Smoking Daisy.” Its final compounds POP with Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Centennial, but it’s still tangled up in the horns of original pale ale – a sweet and creamy core. Must try!

Saucony Creek Brewing: So Hot Right Now
Coffee Stout 13oz

ABV: 7.2% (Kutztown, Pa)
The coffee addition is a cold steeped a blend of Ugandan and Columbian dark roast from Four Monkeys Coffee Roastery located in our hometown of Kutztown. The blend of these beans give the stout a well balanced coffee approach, excellent anytime of the day.

Free Will: Techno
IPA 13 oz
ABV: 7.3% (Perkasie, PA)
A well-rounded and balanced IPA, complete with a full-spectrum hop profile and complimentary malt sweetness. Hopped with Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Citra.

Rogue Brewing: Chocolate Stout
American Stout 13oz
ABV: 6% (Oregon)
This ale is ebony in color with a rich creamy head. The mellow flavor of oats, chocolate malts and real chocolate are balanced perfectly with the right amount of hops for a bittersweet finish.
