DRAFTS!!!!

Wee Love Scotch

8.8 % ABV Wee Heavy Ale
Aromas and flavors of malt dominate this rich and flavorful beer. Hop character is absent while caramel malt sweetness is balanced by a touch of peat-smoked malt to produce a beer reminiscent of distilled peaty whisky.

Take The Black
7.4% ABV Black IPA
This black beer is deceptively citrusy, with a nose reminiscent of a freshly peeled orange and flavors of grapefruit pith, orange zest, and a subtle dark chocolate note in the finish.

How Sweet It Is
5.1% ABV Nitro Milk Stout
A firm, tan nitro head develops, releasing aromas of dark malt, coffee and chocolate. This velvety stout provides a rich, smooth mouthfeel with an underlying sweetness of lactose and roasty notes that linger at the end.

SPECIALTY DRAFT FROM
BONN BREWING / WALLENPAUPACK

Welwood Country Beer
7.3% ABV Saison
Brewed in collaboration with Sam from Bonn Place Brewing Company, this Pennsylvania malt and hop beer is a true example of a local farmhouse ale. We utilized oat, wheat, and rye malt from Deer Creek Malthouse and Centennial, Cascade, and Nugget hops from Sunny Brae Hops in Carlile, PA. This beer than spent a few weeks in our oak foeder to mellow and gather some character from the wood. Wonderfully dry and crisp with a touch of funk, we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed brewing it. Support Local!

PORT BREWING MONGO  8.5%  13oz
Enjoy this Mongo-sized wave of hop goodness, from theirr brewers to you.  Their flagship Double IPA, Mongo harnesses the flavor of Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe hops. Massive resinous aroma leads to citrus notes with a piney bitterness on the finish.

ALESMITH DOUBLE RED IPA 8.5% 80IBUs 13oz
AleSmith’s Double Red IPA offers up an intense hop aroma combined with a well-balanced, full bodied, caramel-malt sweetness. A variety of American hops burst with flavors of pine and citrus complimenting the substantial malt backbone to deliver a full-flavored ale with layers of complexity.

FIRESTONE WALKER LUPONIC DISTORTION ABV: 5.9% IBU: 59 13oz
Take an India pale ale. Dry hop it with a variety of hops, then release it to the beer-loving public. Sounds like what lots of breweries are doing these days, right? So how do you mix it up?

If you’re Firestone Walker Brewing Company, you decide to completely change the dry hops and re-release the beer every 90 days. Then you come up with a clever name–Luponic Distortion–for your rotating series of hopped-up brews.

And the brew team doesn’t pull from the usual run of aromatic hops. Each rotation—or “revolution” as the brewery calls it—features a blend of as many as nine different hop varieties. Each beer leads with a different experimental hop from growing regions around the globe.

STONE LORAL & DR. RUDI'S INEVITABLE ADVENTURE DOUBLE IPA 8.9% 84IBUs 10oz
Loral hops were released in 2016 and quickly became one of our brewers’ favorite varieties. It was highlighted in our single hop IPA series, Stone Hop Revolver IPA, and was the featured hop in the hugely popular Stone Ghost Hammer IPA. Then there’s Dr. Rudi, which has been around since 1976. Originally known as Super Alpha, this hop brings classic piney and herbal notes, which pairs it perfectly with the floral, citrusy aroma of Loral. A pairing like this was bound to happen. Some might even call it inevitable.

2013 Schneider and Sons Aventinus
Wheat Doppelbock 8.2% ABV
2008 WORLD BEER CUP BRONZE MEDAL. Aventinus was introduced in 1907 by Mathilde Schneider, wife of Georg Schneider III. It is named for Johannes Aventinus, the first historian to describe Bavaria and its people. Aventinus is traditionally bottle fermented, unpasteurized and unfiltered with a pure top-fermenting yeast. Deep, tawny in color, sparkling in texture, and complex in flavor, Aventinus is the oldest Bavarian Wheat-Doppelbock.

Dark-ruby, almost black-colored and streaked with fine top-fermenting yeast, this beer has a compact and persistent head. This is a very intense wheat doppelbock with a complex spicy chocolate-like aroma with a hint of banana and raisins. On the palate, you experience a soft touch and on the tongue it is very rich and complex, though fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes in a rich soft and lightly bitter impression.

2013 Schneider and Sons Eisbock
German Eisbock 12% ABV

This spectacular beer is like Aventinus, but more so. Of course, as a true eisbock it is derived from Aventinus by freezing it, then removing the ice. This leaves a maltier more alcoholic beer. The aroma is huge with the normal malty, clove, and banana esters. A great malty caramelly sweetness, more banana, cloves, cocoa, nuts. The finish lasts forever and has some dry fruit notes not found in Aventinus. As it warms you get subtle new spice and herb flavors, including coriander, savory, cardamom, peppers, even some minty notes. The body is extremely thick and creamy, silky. The late fruity notes keep changing and include melons, berries, plums, and persimmon.

Schneider and Sons/Brooklyn: HopfenWeisse
Hefe Weisse 8.2% ABV
This brew is the result of the long friendship of Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver and Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler. Garrett's concept for the collaboration was that each brewmaster would brew essentially the same pale, hoppy weissbock in the other's brewery, but with different hopping to reflect the local hop flavor.

Oskar Blues:  Death By Coconut

Death by Coconut (6.4% ABV/25 IBUs)

12oz can

Oskar Blues Brewery shakes up the craft beer lineup with a national limited release of its rebellious take on the traditional Irish Porter, Death by Coconut.

Death by Coconut  is a semi-sweet porter made from loads of dark chocolate and extra dark caramel malt. It pours a rich velvet black with a frothy head and exudes intense fresh cacao flavors swirled with popping coconut aromas.

Death by Coconut is an easy-drinking, big-flavored beer that is reminiscent of sweet treats, which is no wonder given it is brewed with Cholaca out of Boulder, Colorado. Cholaca is a form of pure liquid chocolate that contains only three ingredients: cacao, water and coconut sugar. Cholaca adds a rich and smooth chocolate touch that makes this beer liquid perfection. Using only fair-trade cacao beans sourced from select farms in Ecuador and Peru, Cholaca gives it the most authentic flavor kick.
