Join us, Owner/Brewer Johnnie, and Kylie from Highway Manor Brewing to try some of their great Belgian-American wild sour ales! Their proprietary house yeast that has inoculated over the last 9 years from an 1840 mansion is what makes their rare barrel aged sours so unique. Their creative brewer/owner has also been harvesting colonies of wild bugs that predate the civil war for over a decade!
