Unicorns Hazed and Confused
6.3% IPA
A local, very delicious hazy brewed fresh for your drinking enjoyment. Freshly brewed with rolled oats, wheat and some of the usual unicorn suspects including Mosaic hops, Citra, Simcoe and Cashmire. 

Salted Caramel Chocolate Porter
8% Porter
Collaboration with Batch Microcreamery located in the Downtown Allentown Market, to create this splendid dessert porter. The recipe incorporates some of the same ingredients Batch uses in making their delicious handmade ice cream. A smooth and creamy, sweet and salty chocolate porter is the end result. Cheers to ice cream in a glass! 

So Hot Right Now 
7.2% ABV Coffee Stout
The coffee addition is a cold steeped a blend of Ugandan and Columbian dark roast from Four Monkeys Coffee Roastery located in our hometown of Kutztown. The blend of these beans give the stout a well balanced coffee approach.

Topaz Rain
New England IPA 7.5%
Hazy IPA brewed with raw wheat, pils malt and copious hoppings of Galaxy, Motueka, and a pinch of Citra.

Tears of Squonk 
Barleywine 9.6% ABV 
Brewed as an American-style barleywine, Saucony Barleywine has a balanced blend of sweet malts, a slight booziness, and aromatic Goldings, Simcoe and Chinook hops. The subtle alcohol heat is well hidden behind the lightly kilned munich malts of England.
